Field of Research
Centrifugal Partition Chromatography
In contrast to most Liquid Chromatography (LC) techniques, the Centrifugal Partition Chromatography (CPC) is based on differing solubilities of a target compound within the two phases of an immiscible liquid system.
In this work an example system is investigated and optimized considering hydrodynamics and thermodynamics.
